Experience
My compensation background is largely focused on Silicon Valley tech companies. After my stock broker days at E-Trade, I led Gap Inc’s stock equity program. From there, I made the jump to Netflix where I led the Stock Option Program.
My responsibilities at Netflix included crafting and deploying the stock compensation program, employee and officer stock plan education and administration, and corporate equity compliance. Around 2022, I shifted from equity compensation to overall employee compensation.
After Netflix, I took sometime to explore my creative side by becoming a private chef and event planner (check out my other company, High Concept Picnic). While I built that business, I consulted for Pinterest and focused on employee offers and retention.

Service Manager, Managed service operations at E*TRADE, overseeing client account services and ensuring seamless transaction processing.
2016 - 2017, Gap INC.
Global Equity Analyst, Managed and analyzed Gap Inc.'s global equity compensation program for over 95,000 employees worldwide.
2017 - 2023, NETFLIX
Head of Equity Compensation, Led global Equity Administration team for 10k+ employees in 20+ countries
Compensation Business Partner, Led compensation for three business verticals (Talent, Financial Operations, and Legal Operations; ~3,000 employees)
2023 - 2025, Pinterest
Compensation Partner, Oversaw all employee compensation offers for Pinterest (approximately 4,000 employees).
