Pricing is based on employee leveling. Your level greatly influences the available data and backend research required to craft the perfect Comp plan.
If you are unsure of your level, don’t fret. We can determine your level from your offer letter and compensation range.
Individual Contributors (Engineers, Analysts, etc): $400/hr
We offer tailored strategies to help you maximize your compensation package and align it with your career growth.
Management (Principals, Managers, Supervisors): $800/hr
For those leading teams and managing complex projects, we provide expert guidance to ensure your compensation matches your level of responsibility and expertise.
Executives (Directors, VPs): $1000/hr
With high stakes and larger-scale influence, our executive consultations focus on crafting compensation plans that reflect your strategic impact and leadership.
